Fusing rock, hip-hop, funk, and soul, the Hey Monea! band has been touring nationally and packing venues and colleges since their debut album "Do You Wanna" hit college radio in 2006. The band sounds world class live whether performing music from their repertoire of strong originals, or keeping the party going with an impressive list of covers that include diverse influences such as 311, Sublime, and the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Their mission is to tour the country, make new friends and keep this thing going as long as possible so none of them have to get “real” jobs.
