Before starting JobBound, Brad spent 15 years at Leo Burnett Advertising. He left in 2002 as the VP/Director of Talent Acquisition, responsible for the agency's hiring. While at Burnett, Brad evaluated more than 10,000 resumes, interviewed more than 1,000 college students and hired hundreds of new graduates. Brad has become a national authority on the job search process.

He began his career at Leo Burnett/Chicago where he rose to become the youngest VP Account Director in the ad agency’s history, earning 7 of the American Marketing Association’s EFFIE Awards for superior business results. He later owned and operated one of the highest $PSF independent retail chains in Texas, was Marketing Director for the Houston Rockets NBA franchise, and VP Marketing for Four Hands, a 3-time Inc 500 Fastest Growing company. Jeff currently consults on sales and marketing for Top 100 companies in multiple industries including recent engagements with Redbox, the IPG agency group and SRC Holdings owned by the father of open book management icon, Jack Stack, and numerous top colleges and universities.
