Brad is a career columnist for both Yahoo! and AdAge, and he is author of Confessions of a Recruiting Director: The Insider’s Guide to Landing Your First Job and How to Say It on Your Resume. Before starting JobBound, Brad spent 15 years at Leo Burnett Advertising. He left in 2002 as the VP/Director of Talent Acquisition, responsible for the agency's hiring. While at Burnett, Brad evaluated more than 10,000 resumes, interviewed more than 1,000 college students and hired hundreds of new graduates. Brad has become a national authority on the job search process.

Jeff Hiller is a Senior Presenter/Workshop Leader at JobBound, the nation’s foremost authority on career-related issues. After graduating from Dartmouth College with high honors, Jeff began his career at Leo Burnett Advertising in Chicago. He quickly rose through the ranks becoming the youngest Vice President in the history of the company. In addition to managing accounts including Keebler, StarKist, and Heinz, Jeff was a key player in the recruiting department. He reviewed thousands of resumes and interviewed hundreds of applicants for jobs at Leo Burnett. In addition to his work at Leo Burnett, Jeff also worked as a marketing executive with the Houston Rockets before joining JobBound.
