Kelly and Becca co-founded Unite for Change, an innovative global campaign that addresses sexual assault and sexual health. They are also the creators of the revolutionary educational tool, Sexversations® and have served as consultants for Dateline NBC and have been featured on CNN, NBC, ABC, CBS, FOX and NPR. Their keynote, Let’s Talk About ‘It’ is a candid program about sexual assault prevention and sexual empowerment Kelly and Becca share their personal story with sincerity and humor and address the realities of sexual assault in a way that inspires people to take action. They treat both men and women as allies while focusing on the importance of communication, personal responsibility, bystander prevention and supporting survivors to reduce sexual assault and help keep college students and their friends safe. In their keynote/workshop Sexversations®, Kelly and Becca provide a safe and comfortable space to openly communicate and help students live a more safe, healthy and sexual confident lifestyle. Participants will be inspired to crate an empowered campus culture with zero tolerance for sexual violence. Kelly and Becca are also licensed in Psycho Geometrics and in their workshop Communications 411, participants will identify various personality types, learn how to understand and communicate with team members and how to become more successful leaders. Kelly and Becca are a favorite for their creative and low maintenance approach to serious issues. They are often requested for First Year Experience events, Greek Life programs, Athletics, Residence Life groups, Safe Spring Break Programming, Alcohol Education, and Take Back the Night.

Keynote/ Lecture
In this candid program about sexual assault prevention and sexual empowerment Kelly and Becca share their personal story with sincerity and humor and effectively address the realities of sexual assault in a way that inspires people to take action. Armed with their experience, expertise and unique ability to relate to each member of the audience they treat both men and women as allies while focusing on the importance of communication, personal responsibility, bystander prevention and supporting survivors. Using sexual empowerment as their platform these two educators talk about sex under the influence, date-rape drugs, address gender stereotypes, and decode the toxic language surrounding sex while offering innovative ways to reduce sexual assault and help keep you and your friends safe. You will laugh, you will be inspired and you will know how to leave your campus and community better than you found “IT”!
Intended Outcomes:
- Learn how to define sexual assault, consent, coercion, rape trauma syndrome and sexual empowerment.
- Learn how to treat men and women as allies in addressing issues related to sexual assault and sexual health.
- Understand the risks and myths surrounding sex under the influence.
- Be challenged to take responsibility for the choices they make regarding alcohol.
- Be introduced to the feelings of a survivor of sexual assault and provided steps to supporting him/her.

Interactive Session/ Workshop
In this fast moving workshop Kelly and Becca are putting all their cards on the table to encourage healthy conversations about sex. Using their innovative educational tool, Sexversations® these two sexperts will help strengthen your ability to have open conversations about intimacy, relationships, sex, sexual health, sexuality, sexual assault and everything in between. With Kelly and Becca, nothing is off limits. This highly interactive session can go from essential to extreme and sobering to hilarious, no matter what direction it takes, Sexversations® will get people talking about sexual health like you’ve never seen before. This program provides a safe and comfortable space to get an important conversation started to help students gain knowledge that will help them live a more safe, healthy and sexually confident lifestyle and will inspire participants to share what they learn with their peers to help contribute to an empowered campus culture with zero tolerance for sexual violence.

Communication 411
Interactive Session/ Workshop
Ever go to a meeting only to feel like everyone is speaking their own language? Want a simple way to translate all these different languages into organizational success? Kelly and Becca invite you to examine human behavior from a creative and scientifically proven perspective by using Psycho-Geometrics (TM), commonly known as Shape Psychology. During this session, you will learn the system’s five key “shapes” or personalities, how to identify them, communicate with them and how to finally get everyone speaking the same language. This communication tool will enable you to become an even better leader and more valuable team player.
