Lamarr believes that if you do what makes you happy each day, you will lead a positive lifestyle and discover your passion in the process. He has always had a knack for leadership, passion for people, and was heavily involved in leadership positions throughout his high school and college years. He has taken these tools and turned them into Define Your Passion, a high energy, interactive program designed to encourage students to pursue the dreams and ambitions that are in their hearts to achieve the results they want out of life. Participants will learn the 7 steps to discover, develop and define their passion in school, work and life. Lamarr also offers a number of workshops for organizations to improve leadership styles through discovering passion for their work. Additionally, Lamarr offers breakout sessions that prompt students to define their goals and what success in college will look like for them as well as a professional development boot camp that offers a fresh perspective on diversity and teamwork.
